KCJ Training and Employment Solutions are looking to recruit a Branch Manager based in our Head office.

Authority:

Delegated responsibility in absence of directors and to manage day to day running of the business.

Responsibilities
  • To present and conduct oneself in a professional manner and promote a positive image of KCJ Training and Employment Solutions.
  • To manage the general running and development of the branch.
  • To manage and supervise other employees.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge and awareness of local marketplace and competitors.
