Job Description

Conservation Builders offers a bespoke construction service for a wide variety of luxury residential and commercial building projects. They treat each project as an individual journey with a focus on providing a friendly and highly organised customer experience.

Their new quantity surveyor will be client facing throughout the build duration, from the initial meeting to handover. You will be pricing structural and non-structural changes, advising on cost and time implications and ideally have experience within bespoke new build house design.

· Meeting with the new clients to discuss their needs and requirements
· Assistance with arranging architects if required to facilitate structural change
· Pricing and changes made
· Responsible for the tendering process
· Scheduling interior elements (floor finishes, wall finishes, kitchen designs, bathroom layouts and electrical plans)
· Assistance with procurement of interior elements
· Arranging and attending regular meetings with clients providing regular client update.
· Attending regular management meetings
· CVR Reports

Required Skills:
· Client changes pricing experience
· Proficiency in Office suite
· Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail
· Superior communication and organisation skills
· Experience with detailed design
· High-end residential experience or similar
· Within commuting distance of Cirencester
· This is a full time site based role; you will be working as part of team, reporting to the Commercial Manager
