We are in search of an enthusiastic and seasoned residential conveyancing lawyer to join our vibrant team in Swindon.

This full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 17:30 PM) offers a competitive salary based on experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • A fee-earning role that involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Supervising a small team of support staff and delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Upholding a consistently high level of client service.
  • Expanding a network of contacts and clients to generate new referrals.
  • Collaborating with partners to refine the team's business development strategy.
Experience

Knowledge & Experience:

  • A qualified solicitor or a professional equivalent (C.3+ PQE) (Post-qualified experience).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and technical expertise in managing a mixed property caseload.
  • A proven track record in establishing and nurturing professional and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own client base.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with support staff.
  • Strong billing and financial practices.
  • An up-to-date understanding and unwavering commitment to risk management and compliance.
  • Proficiency with IT applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with case management systems.
