KCJ Training & Employment Solutions are searching for a Lettings Administrator to join our client who are a well-
established independent estate agency based in Swindon. This role is working full time on a permanent basis.
The salary for this vacancy is negotiable depending on candidate’s prior experience and our client also offers an uncapped commission structure.
Working hours are as follows – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and every other Saturday 8.45am to 5pm.
The successful applicant will have:
• Estate Agency experience or strong administration skills
• Bookkeeping would be advantageous
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to create lettings files & progress the relevant tenancy paperwork in a timely manner
